Manager of Methods and Analytics, January 2022-September 2022
Left in September 2022 to pursue my PhD in Social Psychology.
I was promoted to the manager of analytics for the research team at ASI after I joined the company as a junior researcher. My duties include:
Created a position in a quickly-growing market research start-up to best suit the needs of companies and customers
Oversaw a team of researchers on supplier-side methods, analytics, and report development
Led trainings for new employees on both the sales and research side
Assisted in developing customer proposals, analytics plans to best suit customer needs
Worked alongside engineering team to implement new and updated software changes to streamline analysis for research team
Senior Writer, 2020-2022
For the Advanced Human Technologies Group website, I wrote articles summarizing the top news stories related to how technology influences our personal relationships.
The content of my articles included interviews with academics, summaries of research, examinations and reviews of new technology, and breaking news in the technology space.
Statistics Tutor, 2020-2022
Tutored statistics for students with disabilities at the University of Victoria's Center for Accessible Learning

I have begun my PhD at Trent University under Dr. Karen Blair, studying virtual reality and identity, incels and gender discrimination, and a broad focus on UX Research.
MSc Degree, 2018-2021
I completed my Master's degree at the University of Victoria in Social Psychology, studying emerging technology, robots, and people's interest in engaging with them platonically and romantically.
BA, 2014-2018
I completed dual degrees at Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude, in Psychological Science and Sociology, as well as a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I also graduated with an honors degree and a thesis on Cosplaying and Relationships.
